Lets be totally honest....
Do I need to know anything about nutrition already?

Not at all. We start from scratch, no assumed knowledge, no confusing terms. If you've never heard of insulin or cortisol, that's perfectly fine. By the end of Workshop 1, you'll understand exactly what they do and why they matter

I have tried everything and nothing sticks, how will this be different?

Because this isn't another plan to follow. It's a shift in understanding. When you know why your body behaves the way it does in relation to food, what to eat becomes obvious and easy. Not something you have to force, weigh or track .

I am coming off my weight loss meds, is this for me?

Yes, especially. A core part of these workshops is helping women understand what the medication was doing hormonally and how to maintain those results naturally through food, so you never have to go back

Is this going to tell me to eat less and move more?

Absolutely not. That approach doesn't work after 40, and we all know it. This is about eating the right things in the right way for your hormones, which often means eating more, not less.

What if I cannot make a session live?

Standard ticket holders are encouraged to attend live for the best experience. VIP members receive extended access to all recordings so nothing is ever missed, and can revisit the content as many times as they need.
